Inga Dengel

Inga is a passionate and dynamic leader with extensive experience managing diverse teams across various cultural, functional, and organizational structures. She specializes in talent development, driving execution, and helping organizations evolve and transform across multiple industries. Over her career, she has worked for globally recognized companies such as PepsiCo, Mattel and DHL.

In her current role as GM of Greece and Cyprus since April 2023, she oversees a team of over 900 employees across various product categories including Food & Beverage, Juices, Cereals, and Chocolate. Her leadership is grounded in building strong collaborative partnerships and ensuring commercial and financial win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
