“Fluid Work: How Technology Redefines Where, When, and How We Work” - A TEDxAthens & Found.ation Report

A Think Tank Discussion hosted by TEDxAthens and facilitated by Found.ation took place on October 5th, 2024, for the first time at the Athens Epidaurus Festival, Peiraios 260, with the central theme “X Machina.” The discussion, focusing on “Fluid Work: How Technology is Redefining the Where, When, and How of Work,” brought together industry leaders to explore the evolving landscape of work and its impact on business and technology.

Celebrating 15 years of continuous presence, TEDxAthens has been a beacon of inspiration and a safe space for exchanging ideas in a rapidly evolving landscape. With the core belief that ideas can change everything, the first-ever TEDx event in Greece continues its journey with the vision of highlighting the thoughts and actions of significant individuals who can shape the world while connecting the local community with global developments and groundbreaking perspectives.

The discussion featured the following industry leaders: Nikhil Arora, CEO of Epignosis Learning Technologies; Anton Derlyatka, Co-Founder and CEO of Sweatcoin; Nikos Moraitakis, CEO of Workable; Constantine Moros, Director at EY; and Alex Serbetis, Deputy CEO of Printec Group. The session was moderated by Filippos Zakopoulos, Managing Partner at Found.ation.

The Think Tank fostered an open and unscripted dialogue, providing panelists with the freedom to exchange diverse perspectives.
