How to become a TEDx(Volun)teer

We are thrilled to announce that TEDxAthens 2024 is coming to the Athens  Epidaurus Festival at Peiraios 260, and we need YOU to make it an unforgettable event! This year’s theme, “X Machina,” promises to be an exploration of the intersection between wisdom and cutting-edge technology, addressing how the past and future connect in a rapidly changing world.

Volunteer Roles

We are looking for volunteers to help in various capacities, including but not limited to:

• Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist in setting up the venue and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Registration and Guest Services: Welcome attendees, manage registrations, and provide information and assistance.
• Speaker Support: Help our speakers with their needs and ensure they have a seamless experience.
• Technical Support: Assist with audio-visual equipment, lighting, and other technical aspects of the event.
• Social Media and Communications: Help us capture and share the event’s highlights in real-time.
